In the spirit of promoting health and fitness for everyone in the community, a casual park user is welcome to use the facility on an individual basis during daylight hours. For regular use of the facilities, a goodwill donation to Derg AC would be greatly appreciated. Alternatively see membership options below. Please note all group training sessions must be booked as outlined below. |
Group Bookings
Derg AC Members: All Derg AC group training sessions must be booked with Derg AC by emailing booking@dergac.ie with details of requested booking. A group session consists of 2 athletes or more. 1Registering with Athletics Assocation of Ireland allows a member to partake in Derg AC training sessions, Athletics Ireland competitions & events. Associate members will have their AAI registration completed by their own club. | ||||
2Personal Accident cover is for Accident cover occurring whilst an AAI registered member is participating in club organised training, in any organised Club, County, Regional or National Athletics Event. Personal accident cover does not apply to individual training session and non club approved training session. | ||||
3Derg AC training sessions are club approved training sessions. These include Fit4Life, Inclusive Athletics, Fit4Teens, Fit4Teams, C25K, Juvenile Athletics, Little Athletics, Senior and Master Athletics. 4Derg AC athletics equipment includes hurdles,long jump, high jump, weights, javelins, shots and exercise equipment. Members have use of athletics equipment during Derg AC sessions. Please email bookings@dergac.ie if equipment is required outside of Derg AC training sessions. | ||||

62 grace sessions are allowed to try out athletics. The club does not charge any additional fee per training session on Derg AC facility in Clarisford Park. Any training sessions in Nenagh Indoor Track, Clarisford Hall or another training facility will require an additional fee per person |
